About the Course

IPEM has proposed to offer a two year (6 trimester), full time complete residential programme Post Graduate Diploma In Management (PGDM). The programme aims at providing young thinking minds the power to shape their thoughts and develop appropriate skills for managerial decision making. The curriculum of PGDM is designed in line with the Industry requirements and is constantly upgraded by experts from industry and academia.The curriculum of PGDM is spread over six trimesters, in order to incorporate fundamental concepts in the in the initial phase followed by the application of the same.
In the first year after joining, students undergo orientation programme followed by courses in General Management as well as major functional areas such as finance and Account, Marketing, Production and personnel.

Duration

Spread over 6 trimesters in two years, the programme comprises of 40 courses (26 compulsory papers + 14 elective papers) offering students the opportunity for a ‘Dual Specialization” in the field of their Interest. These courses have been designed to provide basic knowledge of concepts, tools and techniques in various functional areas and relevant disciplines.
