believes that strength and success of individual desire is within
them, so everyone needs to turn their inner eye for evolution. IPEM
is always helping the students in opening their inner eyes for development.

for personality development along with intellectual development.

of developing personality of the young budding professionals. |
IPEM
has a separate HRD lab, where personality of students is developed
in every aspect. HRD lab has an integrated activity interwoven with
academic curriculum for enhancing and upgrading overall personality
of each student through psychological testing, case analysis academic
and extra curricular activities, learning teams and organize various
programs, enhancing the competence of students to become well groomed
as active entrepreneurial professionals. |
The
most interactive and smartest tool to groom students into future
professionals.is the use of regular presentations and as soon as
the first group finishes, a bombard-ment of questions is made to
the presenter for enhancing his confidence and knowledge. Small
projects on current topics are being given regularly to the students
apart from summer projects to enhance their skills for research
work. |
The
assessment centers in HRD Lab has been designed in such a manner
where the students will be able to know their weaknesses and then
improve upon those areas. Industrial visits are regularly organized
to make them aware of the various functions of organisation. Known
personalities of industries and academics are regularly invited
for sharing their experiences with the budding managers and technocrats.
In addition to this, senior students are given authority and responsibility
to organize programs such as cultural activities, workshops, seminars,
etc. |
